In an effort to identify new ways to help save time, reduce costs and improve quality, Corrigan Company has realized that fabricating and assembling piping modules and other sub-assemblies in its own shop results in greater efficiency, higher quality craftsmanship and lower cost than assemblies made on the jobsite. The company therefore invested in developing its own pipe module assembly facility, which today has grown to become the largest pipe fabrication operation in St. Louis.
Modulization is a flexible and practical solution to many plumbing and process piping requirements. Made in Corrigan’s shops and delivered to the job site ready to install, subassemblies and complete modules simplify construction and installation while allowing for more complicated layouts. In addition, Corrigan modules are delivered pre-wired, insulated and painted, further expediting the construction process.
Corrigan’s engineers develop module designs with the assistance of the industry’s finest computer-assisted programs. This allows various designs and approaches to be tested through simulations to find the most efficient, cost-effective solution before the first inch of pipe is ever ordered. Corrigan has invested in all of the tools and equipment necessary for the design, fabrication and assembly of all types of modules and subassemblies. Our fabrication craftsmen utilize these resources to reduce overall costs and improve productivity significantly. With high standards of cleanliness and special facilities for carbon steel, stainless steel and high purity piping, we are eager to show our customers the Corrigan Difference!
