Corrigan Company has in place, a set of Standard Operating Procedures specifically for the fabrication and installation of high purity systems. High Purity quality is achieved through the implementation of qualified welding procedures by certified welders. A visual inspection of 100% of welds ensures compliance with project specifications. After field installation, field joints are given the same scrutiny as the shop welds. The completed installation is commissioned before turnover to the customer.
Corrigan’s quality program provides documentation in the form of a - Validation Turnover Package – which is integral to high purity system traceability. Among the documents maintained and made available for submittal to the client are welding procedures, welder certifications, daily weld logs, purge gas certifications, pressure test reports, material inspection reports, passivation/cleaning reports, and isometric drawings complete with weld maps.
