Description: Installed complete mechanical package for a 7.5 million gallon beer storage facility, plus a new grain receiving and handling facility. Installation work included complete HVAC system, more than 75,000 feet of above-ground and underground piping for beer and grain transfer, setting of 66 large storage tanks and related equipment, fabrication of all air handling ductwork, and all interface with existing brewhouse systems and grain elevators.
Unusual Features: Setting of storage tanks on three levels required exceptional rigging, accuracy and interface with general contractor. Job included installation of brewing support systems such as chip washers, conveyors, blowers, pumps, splashguards, shields and self-cleaning system for tanks. Project involved installation of nine miles of process piping and 66 storage tanks each holding over 113,000 gallons of beer.

Description: Handled the renovation of the paint shop in Plant # 2, including fabrication and installation of process piping for the phosphate/uni-prime system, body sealer system, trim and chassis area and circulation area; construction of main-color enamel booth and well water system; and installation of a 900-foot long phosphate machine and a large oven sealer. This job involved the fabrication and installation of more than 20 miles of stainless steel paint piping. More than 150 men worked on the job.
Unusual Features: Tight manufacturing schedule of the plant demanded fast turnaround and ongoing planning and scheduling by Corrigan in order to meet tough deadlines. Crews were on-site 16 hours a day, and were scheduled to achieve maximum productivity at every moment.
