Description: Corrigan Company designed and installed complete plumbing systems (as well as HVAC systems) for this new 302-room, first class high-rise hotel. Included in the work was special plumbing for the large commercial kitchen, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor fountains, as well as special plumbing and HVAC for the commercial laundry room, presidential suite, health club and mechanical room. Corrigan also handled all equipment setting and fixtures installation.
Bonne Terre prison housing units.

Customer: State of Missouri
Description: Corrigan Company is installing complete plumbing and HVAC systems for the new Bonne Terre, Missouri prison. This 1440 cell facility will include special plumbing for Building C (the cooking building), which will make thousands of pre-prepared meals for the Bonne Terre prison and other Missouri prison facilities.
Metropolitan Sewer District at Bissell Point

Description: Corrigan Company performed a major plant upgrade at the Bissell Point waste water treatment plant over a period of several years. This facility serves the north side of the city of St. Louis. This plant remained in operation while upgrades and renovations were performed.
